Thanks to its AI-powered tools, Viva Topics can automatically categorize, prioritize, and organize all inputs and content across an organization, segregating resources into groups, like projects, products, and customers.

Viva Connections: Company Portal

Viva Connections is where organizations bring their entire employee engagement approach together. It delivers all the news, conversations, and documents that employees need into one, individually-tailored feed.

Privacy is Part of a Great EX

Oversight is necessary for optimizing the employee experience, but it’s incredibly important to be transparent and cautious about how sensitive personal identifiable information is collected and shared.

That’s why Viva’s modules de-identify and aggregate data so that individual worker data is only viewable by that employee and their supervisor only has access to information tied to their team as a whole.
