Joseph Smith is an experienced and talented executive and entrepreneur. He has founded multiple IT startups and prides himself on his ability to identify optimal solutions. Just like Razor Technology, he’s “obsessed with finding a better way.” Joseph has an educational background in hospitality management that forms the basis of his methodical and human-centric business development approach.
His remarkable level of determination is evidenced by an incredible five consecutive finishes at the world famous Boston Marathon. When he’s not crunching numbers or the pavement, Joseph is a family man with deep roots. He, his wife, their four rock stars children, and Bo, their lovable German Shorthaired Pointer, live an extremely active life filled with soccer, lacrosse, waterfowl hunting, and surf fishing.
Matt Lawrence

Matt, who has been consulting firms of all sizes on information technology for over 15 years, uses the very same tools he recommends for Razor clients, including cloud solutions, network administration platforms, and cutting edge virtual chief information officer (vCIO) frameworks.
Matt, a self-taught IT expert with extensive experience, has been fascinated by digital technologies since childhood. He’s also an accomplished do-it-yourselfer and woodworker who loves sharing his passion for fixing and building things with his wife and young son Logan.

James Riley
Though he was born in Pennsylvania, James Riley spent most of his formative years in South Florida. He received his degree from Florida State University where he studied computer science. In short order, James has built up proficiencies in Java, C++, Python, SQL, and other languages that aid him as a network operation center analyst. He plays a critical role in maintaining enterprise operational efficiency and strives to always be raising his level of awareness so that issues are tracked and addressed rapidly.
Despite his sunny Florida roots, James isn’t much of a beachgoer. His favorite pastimes take place at home where he’s an accomplished classical guitarist, an avid reader, and loves to cook.
