Medical insurance services company selects Razor Technology to manage its backup and recovery solution with Razor’s Data Vaulting Services.
WEST CONSHOHOKEN, PA – March 2, 2009 – Razor Technology is pleased to announce that a Medical Insurance Services firm has added Razor's Data Vaulting Services to the monthly services being provided to its 12 nationwide locations. The Provider wanted other options when it came time to renew their backup application maintenance contract. With Razor's backup and recovery Data Vaulting Services, The Provider's data is securely transmitted and stored at Razor's data center.

Razor’s Data Vaulting Services compress and de-duplicates client’s data for disaster recovery purposes. Using advanced delta block level technology, only changes to blocks are securely transmitted back to Razor’s data center, where client’s data remains fully encrypted, for backup and disaster recovery purposes. Using a Backup Lifecycle Approach, data is moved from primary storage to archival storage thereby ensuring full recovery capabilities while reducing the overall costs.
