In 2003, Jim Stillittano and George Sucher had a vision for Razor Technology that they sketched out on a napkin at a local restaurant in West Conshohocken, across the street from where the headquarters of Razor Technology would soon be established. Being seasoned industry professionals and having 360-degree experience working with Fortune 100 technology companies, it became apparent to both Jim and George that there was a void in the system integration space.
So the duo built a service technology platform that supports enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions by applying an unbiased technology approach, heterogeneous best-of-breed solutions and disruptive subject matter expertise to effectively help our customers manage their IT infrastructures while reducing cost. Moreover, they gathered a world-class team of expert technologists and built a company culture that cultivates innovation.
Today, Razor Technology continues to execute on the original vision and strategy that has since evolved into a full service, end-to-end, IT cloud infrastructure services company with best-in-class capabilities in the following areas: architecture, integration, deployment, and managed services. Most recently, Razor Technology’s consultative advisory organization has helped many enterprise customers transform their IT environments to harness optimal efficiency while integrating best practices and tribal knowledge. What started as an idea and a solution to fill a necessary void grew into a robust organization with offices in Philadelphia and New York, delivering value and full-service solutions.

As CTO, Jay shapes and implements Razor’s overall corporate strategy. Jay assesses new technologies, develops process frameworks to fuel growth and translates technological capabilities into strategic business decisions for future services and solutions.
As a technical business leader, Jay has more than 16 years of networking, voice, and storage experience. In the early 1990s, he was one of the first members to devlop MondaNet Corporation, a New Hampshire-based Internet Service Provider. Under his technical direction, the company grew to more than 45,000 subscribers and 200 business customers in 6 years before being acquired in 1999. Jay then joined the Hartford Insurance Group (HIG) as senior engineer of Voice and Data Networking and went on to be Managing Director of Global Storage and Servers, overseeing a team that managed 4PB of disk and nearly 6PB of tape in both mainframe and open systems and over 6,000 servers. While at The Hartford, Jay led many initiatives for Storage, Networking, and Server efficiencies including VoIP rollout, MPLS network adoption, Server Virtualization, and Storage Tiering. Jay next served as Global Director of Solutions and System Engineering at Copan Systems. During his tenure, Jay traveled throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia as a business technology consultant assisting global 5000 companies in managing backup, recovery, and archiving. A graduate of Keene State College, Jay also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the New Hampshire IT Fund, and member of the Society for Information Management (SIM).
Tony Gaeta joined Razor Technology in 2009, bringing with him 20+ years of successful enterprise-class sales and sales management experience in the technology sector. He has built his business as a trusted advisor with a “customer first” approach, coupled with solid experience in hardware and software infrastructure, as well as in consulting services.
Tony spent his early years in the technology sector holding senior management positions at Novell Inc., one of the largest and fastest growing software companies of all time. Tony moved on to spend 5+ years at another fast growing software company called Platinum Technology, where he was responsible for the development, management, and overall success of the first vertical market approach to selling in financial services.
Tony’s proven approach has given him the opportunity to work with several key clients who have done business with him for more than two decades. He has a passion for exploring creative ways to help his clients utilize technology that gives them a competitive advantage in their respective industries. Tony works diligently to determine the most cost-effective approach to meet customer requirements through technology.
Jane is responsible for driving Razor Technology’s overall marketing vision and strategy through both internal and external communication. Jane specializes in creative design, elevating brand awareness, managing and building on partner relationships, social media strategy, and hosting corporate events. Under Jane’s management and vision, Razor Technology has redefined the relationship between a technology company and its customers. Jane graduated Summa Cum Laude with a dual major from Penn State University.
Prior to joining our team, Jane refined her technology expertise by working with high-performance IT tools, supporting top-level executives through highly complex, company-wide projects, and managing a multi-million-dollar IT budget through planning cycles and efficiency efforts. Jane has a proven track record in solving challenging business problems and a great ability to deliver results.
After 20 years of technology and services company experience in various industries, Christopher joined Razor Technology in March 2013 as Director of Finance. Most recently, he was VP of Operations for Chadds Ford Auto Group. Christopher’s prior roles included Controller positions at both Insight Interactive and Unreal Marketing. Christopher also served as Senior Accountant for Primavera Systems. In addition to Finance, he also manages facilities and operations for Razor.
Christopher holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from Eastern University.
